This enhancement aims to strengthen the protection of your accounts and prevent unauthorized access, while maintaining the simplicity and ease of use of your portal.
🛡️ Why Are We Introducing This Enhancement?
The security of your access and data is a top priority for DiaGDirect.
Multi-Factor Authentication provides an additional layer of protection by combining your usual password with a temporary verification code, sent directly to your email address.
How Will the Login Process Work?
1. Log In as Usual
Access the DiaGDirect portal and enter your usual username and password.
2. Receive Your Security Code
A personal, one-time verification code, valid for 60 seconds, will automatically be sent to the email address associated with your account.
3. Verify Your Identity
Enter the code on the portal login page to securely access your account.
Please note: This additional verification step will only be required once a day.
💡 Do You Use Single Sign-On (SSO)?
If your company uses its own authentication system (SSO / Identity Provider), MFA management will continue to be handled through that system.
📅 When Will This Change Take Effect?
The rollout will take place soon.
The exact implementation date, along with a practical step-by-step login guide, will be shared with you in advance to ensure a smooth transition.
No action is required on your part at this stage.
